The November 7th induction ceremony will be held at Martin’s West, 6817 Dogwood Road, Baltimore, MD 21244. Tickets are $85.00 per person or $850.00 for a table of ten. Registration for the 60th Induction Ceremony includes dinner and open bar during cocktail hour for the program.

To purchase tickets, please read the following instructions:

  • Click on the red button below.
  • If you have attended the MDSAHOF Induction Ceremony within the past two (2) years, enter your email address and password and hit the "Login" button
  • If this is your first time attending the Induction Ceremony, Under "New Ceremony Attendees," enter your email address and hit the "Register" button
  • A prompt will pop up and have you enter a password (this will allow you to access your account in the future)
  • On the next page, select "Register Yourself" and fill out the form with your ticket selection, inductee preference and dietary needs
  • After completing the form, the Summary page will allow you to review your purchase
  • Once confirmed and select "Next" - you will be taken to the Payment page where you can select "Pay Now" by credit card
  • A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided
  • One week prior to the event, your table number will be sent via email. This email will only be sent to the purchaser. Please be sure to share your table number with all guests in your party for a smooth process on November 7th
